Patient Orientation Video
Welcome to North Florida Regional Medical Center. Our Patient Orientation Video provides useful information for our patients so that they feel more comfortable during their stay at NFRMC. From familiarizing our patients with their room to instructing them on how to use the telephone, NFRMC feels that this video helps our patients get acclimated to our hospital.

Patient & Visitor Parking
There are three large parking garages on campus.
West Garage - located on 66th Street right by the Emergency Department and main entrance to the hospital. In addition to the ground level, levels one and two are reserved for patients and visitors.
Women's Center Garage – located across from The Women’s Center, diagonal to the Duck Pond. Besides the uppermost level, which can be used by employees of the hospital, the entire garage has been reserved for patients and visitors.
Medical Arts Building Garage – the newest addition to NFRMC’s campus, the MAB garage sits adjacent to the Medical Arts Building on the east side of the campus. The ramp from the ground floor up to the first floor is reserved for patients and visitors; however, if those spaces are full, patients and visitors are able to park in any space.
Valet Parking – Valet parking is available at the main entrance of NFRMC as you turn on 66th street from Newberry Road. For a small fee, valet attendants are available to park your vehicle.
Parking is also available for visitors and patients in flat lots throughout the campus. Any spaces that do not require gate access can be used by patients and visitors.
NFRMC understands the importance of friends and family being able to visit patients. We also know that the patients need a substantial amount of rest in order to get better. Therefore, in general, visitor hours are from 7:00am – 9:00pm.
NFRMC's Cafeteria is located on the first level of the main hospital by the Gift Shop. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Grab a bite to eat during these hours:
6:30am – 9:30am
10:00am – 4:00pm
4:30pm – 7:00pm
