Recruiting Process

Searching & applying for a position

To be considered for a position at North Florida Regional Medical Center, you must submit an application online. You will have an opportunity to search for positions that meet your career goals and availability, complete an application and upload a resume. You will be asked to agree to North Florida’s Standards of Performance before your application will be accepted. Our Standards of Performance represent our commitment to each other and our patients. Once your application is successfully submitted, you will receive an electronic notification.

After applying

Our recruiting team will review your application and evaluate your education, skills and experience against those required in the available position. We are fortunate to receive a large number of qualified applicants for our positions, and while we would like to contact all candidates, only those whose experience, qualifications and preferences are most closely aligned to the position will be contacted.

Pre-Employment Process

Applicants who are selected for employment will be required to complete the pre-employment process which includes, but is not limited to, a background screen, drug screen and health assessment. All offers of employment are contingent on the successful completion of the pre-employment process.
