The NorthStar program is a way to distinguish stellar employees who go above and beyond expectations to make the lives of patients, physicians, visitors and fellow employees better. These employees reach a level of care we all strive for, achieving a higher level of patient care and always aiming toward the ‘NorthStar.’
Any North Florida Regional Medical Center employee, physician, or volunteer is eligible. Please visit our Contact Us page and fill out the form with the individual’s name and department and include your comments about how this person helped others in some very special way. In order to make sure the form is delivered to the appropriate department, select "Nominate a Northstar - Thank a Caregiver" for the Subject field and include all needed information in the Comments field.
The person you recognize will receive a copy of your personal thanks, and your comments will be added to a cumulative record used to determine their level of recognition.
