Mohammed Al-Said, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP

Mohammed Al-Said, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP is a clinical pharmacist at North Florida Regional Medical Center with a focus in critical care. Abigail Antigua, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP is a clinical pharmacist at North Florida Regional Medical Center with a focus in critical care. Stacy Carson, PharmD, BCPS, FISMP

Stacy Carson, PharmD, BCPS, FISMP is the Medication Safety Pharmacist at North Florida Regional Medical Center and leads its Drug Safety, Medication Error, and Alaris Pump teams. She is also a clinical assistant professor for the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. She received her doctorate from Palm Beach Atlantic University, and completed her PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and PGY-2 Drug Information Residency at the University of Kansas Hospital. She then went on to complete a fellowship in safe medication management at the Institute for Safe Medication Practices (ISMP).


Christine Corsberg, PharmD, BCPS

Christine S. Corsberg, PharmD, BCPS, is the pharmacy clinical manager at North Florida Regional Medical Center. She has worked as a clinical coordinator and manager in acute care for the majority of her career and has over a decade experience serving as a professor of pharmacy practice. She is currently a clinical assistant professor for the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. In addition, Dr. Corsberg has contributed to numerous national pharmacy organizations in leadership roles. She serves as Secretary for the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee at NFRMC. Dr. Corsberg received her doctorate from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy and completed her PGY-1 residency at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee.


Heather Ellis, PharmD

Heather Ellis, PharmD is a clinical pharmacist at North Florida Regional Medical Center with a focus in surgery. She is also a clinical assistant professor for the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. Dr. Ellis acts as a leader in optimizing pharmacy operating room services at NFRMC. Dr. Hernando also serves as the APPE Block Rotation Coordinator for NFRMC.


Andrea Koff, PharmD, BCGP

Andrea Koff, PharmD, BCGP is the Director of Outpatient Pharmacy for North Florida Regional Medical Center. She is also a clinical associate professor for the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. Dr. Koff oversees the pharmacy services for the Senior Healthcare Centers including collaborative practice clinics and medication therapy management focusing on geriatric patients. Dr. Koff has more than 20 years’ experience in inpatient and outpatient pharmacy practice and precepting. Dr. Koff received her doctorate from Nova Southeastern University.


Crystal Plasencia, PharmD

Crystal Plasencia, PharmD is a clinical pharmacist at North Florida Regional Medical Center with a focus in surgery. She is also a clinical assistant professor for the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. Dr. Plasencia has experience in HIV medication management and research, in addition to extensive hospital practice experience. Dr. Plasencia received her doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and completed a Residency in Infectious Diseases and HIV/AIDS at North Broward Hospital District in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Carl Smith, PharmD, BCGP is a clinical pharmacist at the Senior Healthcare Centers of North Florida Regional Medical Center.
