Recruiting Process
Searching & applying for a position
To be considered for a position at North Florida Regional Medical Center, you must submit an application online. You will have an opportunity to search for positions that meet your career goals and availability, complete an application and upload a resume. You will be asked to agree to North Florida’s Standards of Performance before your application will be accepted. Our Standards of Performance represent our commitment to each other and our patients. Once your application is successfully submitted, you will receive an electronic notification.
After applying
Our recruiting team will review your application and evaluate your education, skills and experience against those required in the available position. If additional information is needed or we determine that you could be a suitable candidate for an open position, one of our recruiters will contact you and schedule a time to meet with you over the phone or in person. All applicants who are interviewed will be contacted regarding the status of their candidacy.
Pre-Employment Process
Applicants who are selected for employment will be required to complete the pre-employment process which includes but is not limited to a background screen, drug screen and health assessment. All offers of employment are contingent on the successful completion of the pre-employment process.
