Women and Wellness is based on research into the biggest healthcare challenges for women in our community. This event tackles some of the challenges that mature women face with the goal of increasing awareness and understanding, and inspiring women to do all they can do to be as healthy as possible.

Enjoy breakfast and lunch at the hospital's South Tower Conference Center, while learning from our very own physicians about various Women's health topics, including heart, sleep disorders, and stroke, among other challenges that mature women face.

Featuring wellness speaker and cancer survivor Ladonna Gatlin – sister of the country music group, The Gatlin Brothers, experience a morning filled with the joys of being a woman.
